She told me that I needed to bring cupcakes and squeeze it drinks for her class on her birthday. She also wanted me to eat lunch with her. I guess she expected me to spend the day with her at school. I declined on lunch and told her I would bring cupcakes/drinks and take her home after. She went for it. YAY!!!
The boys in her class really like her. Not as a girlfriend, but they like to tease and joke with her. She can hold her own with them, too.
When we got into the car after the cupcake school party, I had balloons and a gift waiting for her in the car. This seemed to make her happy.
On Friday evening, we had five of her close friends come over and have a sleepover party. We gave them mani’s and pedi’s, played games and watched the movie “We bought a zoo”. The girls seemed to have fun which made me happy. Abbie, had planned things she wanted to do at the party and had them numbered as to when we would do them. Do you think she was excited?
This was her idea to stick her face in a piece of cake. She also asked if we would make homemade ice cream. We did and it tasted yummy!!
She wanted to play this game where one person was blind folded and she would have to apply make-up on someone else. I should have gotten darker make up to make it more dramatic. Abbie, was disappointed that the make-up was too light that I chose to use.
Friday evening I had asked the girls to let me take pictures of them using a photo booth back drop & props. I had made these glasses and thought they would have fun choosing which ones to wear. Needless to say, they were not interested in doing it Friday evening. Saturday morning came and I told them we were doing it. Sadly, two girls had already left so it was just the last four who did it.

What a fun birthday! Can I go ahead and book you for Emma's birthday in July and Elaina's in October? :)
