She did better than big brother. She was excited to go and meet her teacher.
The first day went well. Abbie came home thrilled that her teacher was the coolest teacher in the school. She told me that her teacher even plays with them at recess!! Oh my!!!! Also, she couldn’t believe that her teacher wanted a skate board for her birthday and got one. I hope that this teacher inspires Abbie to learn and work hard. She is starting off on a good note already.
Austin, is excited to be in the sixth grade. He loves that he gets a new teacher every forty-five minutes. He isn’t complaining about having to go to school. So, I will take that as a good sign.
School, is in full swing and things are pretty busy. But, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Abbie has a cool teacher. It's amazing how much influence a teacher can have on a child. Zach was fortunate to have a young guy right out of college as his science teacher the last two years of school. He took Zach under his wing, joked with him, taught him and placed responsibility on him to help others. Zach adored him. In fact, he influenced him so much that Zach wants to go into forensics as a result of this teacher's classes. Amazing. Zach never took initiative with anything or anyone else. They have remained in contact and Facebook each other all of the time. He was a cool guy.
