Weekend of fun at Great Wolf Lodge

Austin has been dying to see Cowboy Stadium.  He begged Michael to let us go in for a tour.  We put him off and told we would go back this summer and take a tour.  Maybe that will help encourage him to do well in school and with his behavior.

After going past Cowboys Stadium, Michael headed for Cabelos.   One can not go to Dallas/Fort Worth area and not go to Cabelos. I really didn’t mind.  If I saw something and wanted him to go in, I knew that I had leverage.

Now we were off to Great Wolf Lodge. Thank you, Nana. The kids were so excited to see their cousins and be at an indoor/outdoor water park.  It’s a pretty cool place to take a family.

They had all kind of big slides on the inside as well as the outside. They had a big wave pool on the inside (Abbie’s favorite). On the outside, they had a couple of slides and big pools.  I enjoyed being on the outside best (for all the obvious reasons).

It was a fast trip.  But, everyone had a great time.  All the kids are already planning another trip. Maybe, Nana will take them this time. :)
