Time is going by so fast these days. Every day has been packed with errands and things to do. Needless to say, I haven't even started my Christmas shopping. I'm truly at a loss as to what to get the kids this year. They are getting older and don't need "toys". However, I would like to get them smaller things that they might want. But, we get them things everyday. I'm still struggling with the whole Christmas shopping as one can see.
Everyone keeps asking "What are our plans for Thanksgiving?". We are spending the day with Michael's mom and we will go and visit with my parents. I would love to bring mother back to our house for the weekend. She doesn't seem to take the bait so I will need to give her a friendly push. She has been so busy lately and would love to spoil her for a bit and shower her with attention. We truly miss her. I hope that she will come.
Other than that everything else is rockin along. The weather has been cooler the past few days and I LOVE it!! Having cooler weather truly makes it seem more like the holidays. Michael is lovin it also because cooler weather means better HUNTING!!!! The leaves have all changed color and are falling. The weather has just been perfect. This is my favorite season. I'm soaking it all in. I need to be alone for a moment.
