Children’s Consignment Sale

Finally, I can now say that I’ve officially been to the Consignment Sale.  They hold it twice a year here in Tyler. I was pleasantly surprised with the things that I got today.  For starters, I was able to get some nice Abercrombie and Fitch jeans for Austin for $7. Abbie ended up getting more than all of us.  Here are some of the finds I found for her ….

This jacket is really soft. Isn’t it cute?

 

 

 

 

  A pair of nice brown boots for $3.50.   A pair of clog type shoes that are precious. And this nice top and skirt/combo from The Children’s Place.

 

 

 

 

This coffee table for $50. It’s one heavy piece of furniture.

 

 

I don’t know about the color but that can be changed. Ali and I stood in line forever to purchase these items but we had a great time being together and grabbing bargains.  After I got done with the Consignment Sale, I ran over to Dollar Tree and found some chalkboard vinyl decals. You really can write on them with chalk. Here is what I did with the ones I purchased……….

Abbie has already left her mark on this sign {I wrote “wash your hands” and she later added “Abbie is not”}.  She thinks I didn’t read it.  I just giggled when I read it.  If you are near a Dollar Tree, go and pick some up. They are so fun and aren’t permanent.  Well, that it for me. I’m tired and signing OFF. Goodnight…..
