Austin turns 14
I realize that I am behind in getting these birthday pictures posted…..Ughhhhhhh!!!!!!! This has been my first chance to post on my blog in awhile. The summer is over now for us and the kids just started back to school. What a perfect time to try and get updated on my blog, right?
On his birthday, Austin, didn’t want to do anything big. However, he did want some of his friends to come over and hang out for the night. They ate pizza, cookie cake, played video games and laughed all night long. Trust me…… I know!! It’s unbelievable how much these boys eat now. I do find it hard to believe that my little boy is now 14yrs old. I still see little boys with baseball caps on and I think of my little boy who loved to play with Thomas the Tank engine trains and race Nascar car’s all over my house. I guess in my mind he will always be that age. Austin is old enough now to attend church dances and activities. This year he should complete his eagle scout as well. Big, big changes for him this year. I hope things go well for us all this year.
