Nana, was keeping Lilly while Jan and Anna Kate went to a camp. So, the kids and I went over on Friday to spend the day with them. All of the kids played in the pool and the girls watched the latest American Girl video “McKenna”, while Sharon highlighted my hair for me which was so nice of her. Phillip took Austin to the Archery Range to help him get his Archery merit badge. Phillip, has loves to bow hunt and is a member of an archery range so he offered to help Austin. The owner of the range happened to be an Eagle Scout himself so he was extremely helpful.
But………HE GOT IT!!!!! We were all thrilled that he finally did it. I was surprised how hard it was. Sharon, has started shooting and is good. Both she and Phillip had me give it a try and I see how it does work your arms out.

It was FUUUUNNNN!!! I would like to go to one of Phillip’s tournaments. He placed 1st in his senior division. It was so nice of him to work with Austin and help us out like that. Thank you, Sharon and Phillip.
