This year has been our first year at having a garden. Michael, has worked really hard at keeping it watered and I have worked hard at pulling weeds out of it. We have had plenty of yellow squash, tomatoes, jalapenos and onions . We recently pulled off around ten big tomatoes and a ton of jalapenos. I knew that I needed to use them up quickly. It was Charlotte to the rescue once again. Thanks, Charlotte!!! I called her and got her famous salsa recipe. Michael, started laughing at me when I was gathering all the ingredients that I would be needing. He said “You have no idea of what your doing, do you?” I told him no but I was going to try it anyway. Believe it or not the salsa turned out pretty dang good!!! I was able to use every tomato and a bunch of my jalapenos so I felt it was a huge success. Hey, even Austin likes it!!! :P

Glad it turned out yummy! I've always enjoyed it. ;) The picture looks good enough to eat as well! If we lived closer, I would have come and had some with ya. :)
