More WATER

I’ve now decided that I need to start drinking more WATER. It has tons of benefits.  I would just  like to see them working for me.  I’m not giving up Diet Dr. Pepper just yet.  These days I need some sort of treat, right.  However, I’m trying to drink big glasses of water through out my day to help cleanse my body and keep myself hydrated.  Hopefully, it will help me to feel full  and not have those extra cravings for other things. I can dream. This is going to be my go to drink and I’ll see where she takes me.  I’ll keep you posted on this one.  Trust me.

I know when I was disiplined enough to exercise and watch my diet, I used to have a rule. I had to have two big glasses of water for every small diet coke I would allow myself. It helped a LOT! Now I've just lost my will power. You are making me want to find it again, though. :)

Sounds like a good idea to do that around here, too. I have cut up lemons to add to all my many glasses of water. It's helping add a little flavor. Although, I'm going to the batheroom ALL the time. Sigh.

Water is awesome. Once you start drinking it all of the time...you will actually crave it. Crazy, huh?
