All the girls had a great time at the party. We started off playing the hula hoop game. Then, we had a treasure hunt that the girls loved (of course big brother & friend enjoyed as well). Following the hunt, we played "pin the wig" on Hannah Montana (thanks Charlotte for the idea!!). After all the games, we ate pizza and then it was on to our craft. I had bought enough flip flops for each girl. We ended up tying scraps of material to add fluff to each sandal. What a hit!!! All the girls made a pack to wear their new flip flops to school on Monday in honor of Abbie. Opening gifts was also a highlight for her. She received plenty of outfits for her Build A Bear and her American Girl dolls (thanks Sharon and Mother for your wonderful talents of sewing). I was impressed that I had the party timed perfectly. Abbie was happy and that's all that matter's to me. I felt it was a success based on last year's photos of her crying through out her party. Oh, how one year helps....
