After being gone to the Cannery all day with Charlotte(we were working on our food storage), I knew that I needed to stop by Brookshires. I noticed some gorgeous ferns on the outside of the store but there wasn't a price on them. When I started to check out, I asked the clerk how much they were and of course she didn't know. The manager happened to come over and she asked him. He quoted me a very low price and in my mind I was doing a happy dance knowing I was going to jump all over that. Then he picked up a sale ad and saw that he told me the wrong (very wrong) price. He looked at me and said that because he made the mistake that he would go ahead and honor the price he quoted me. I said well would you give me that same price for two??? He said that he would. I grabbed those ferns and started walking out to the car and people were stopping me to comment on them. I was just giddy!!! I LOVE A GOOD DEAL.
