Thanksgiving went well for us. Mom,dad as well as Charlotte came and joined us for Thanksgiving. The rest of Charlotte's family went to Arizona to be with Mike's family. She was more than welcome to come and join our fun. The meal turned out great!! I only got one burn on my hands believe it or not. This morning Charlotte and Mother got up at the crack of dawn to head for the stores. Thinking of all the many people that would be at the stores made my head ache. I really didn't see anything that I couldn't live without. We have already purchased most of ours so we are doing well. After they got back from shopping mom and dad started packing up to leave and they took the kids with them. HOORAY!! We are going to Shreveport tomorrow to be with Michael's mother,sister and brother and all their families. We were supposed to meet up with his father on Sunday but we shall see what happens there.
Tonight, Michael and I went out to dinner at Outback!! It was yummie!! After we returned home, Michael's good friend, Scotty arrived to stay the night with us. They are getting up early, early to go hunting. I will hit the stores to make some returns and then we will head to Shreveport. This will be a busy weekend for us but it will be nice to be with family.

Oh, sorry about the burn... now you will always remeber Thanksgiving 2008!!! My sister in law if very funny about shopping at the crack of dawn... next year I will send your list with her... so you can stay in bed!
